Skills of Hosting Talk Shows on Psychological Activities
Abstract: Talk shows on Psychological Activities are different from general ones because of the special honored guests and professional programs. Therefore, the hosting skills of presenters concern the quality of the programs. Based on the communication between presenters and honored guests, this article is written to analyze how to deal with psychological interviews. Presenters should try to convince them not to be alert; and then go into their hearts; finally open their hearts. During the course, a presenter tries his or her best to win their trust by his or her public credibility and appetency. Meanwhile, presenters should be ready to listen to the their innermost feelings. Whenever necessary, ask them some questions and communicate with them. At last, with the help of some psychologists, help them to recover from some sufferings by humanistic care . In a word, by analyzing the skills of presenters, this article is expected to provide a reference for improving the presenters themselves and the talk show’s quality.

“心理访谈节目是由心理专家介入节目现场，运用科学的心理学理论和技术为当事人疏导情绪、解决问题、指导受众摆脱心理困境，同时为电视观众传播心理学知识，兼具情感类与科教类双重性质的电视谈话类节目。” 这个定义虽然没有涉及到主持人，却明确的指出心理访谈节目的特殊性。心理访谈节目属于谈话类节目，却又特殊于一般的谈话类节目。首先是访谈对象的特殊性，参与节目的嘉宾大部分是带着明确求助目的的有心理障碍的人。其次是访谈的专业性，由于涉及到专业的心理学知识，心理专家在节目中有着举足轻重的作用。最后是主持人的特殊性，面对需要帮助的访谈对象和专业的心理专家，心理访谈节目主持人就需要特殊的主持技巧。
心理访谈节目以讲述情感故事吸引受众，以传播专业的心理学知识帮助受众，受到大众的喜爱。如今，很多广播电视台都开办过相应的心理访谈节目，中央电视台的《心理访谈》、上海卫视的《心灵花园》、郑州广播电台的《今夜不寂寞》等等。在这些参差不齐的节目中，主持人的主持能力也是良莠不齐。本文将从以下三个方面探讨一名优秀心理访谈节目主持人需要具备的主持技巧。
