A Study on the Effectiveness of Student Teachers' Practicum师范生教育实习有效性的研究-摘要随着我国现代教育改革的深入,师范教育在教育中的作用越来越显著。而在师范教育中,教育实习作为一项能够提高师范生教育实践能力、增强师范生教育意识的必修课,处在越来越关键的地位。教育实习的有效与否,影响着师范生的教育质量与培养目标。
基于这样的认识,本文以“培养卓越教师”为培养目标的杭州师范大学经亨颐学院26位英语师范生为主要调查对象,采用问卷调查、数据分析、个别访谈、资料收集等调查研究方法对经亨颐学院学生教育实习现状以及实习有效性进行了调查。本文中实习有效性主要将从实习背景、实习结果等方面来进行研究。根据调查,在教育实习的实习背景中仍存在一些不足,如实习评价、实习安排、实习交流以及实习机会等方面影响了实习有效性。而教育实习结果方面基本达到了有效的目标,许多师范生通过实习提高了自己的教师意识以及职业认同感,同时教学能力以及班主任技能都得到了提升。最后本文也针对以上影响有效性的因素提出了相关有意义的建议,进一步提高教育实习的有效性。48331
