    Interest strategies can arouse students interest and motivation in study. That includes story strategies, song strategies and game strategies. First, Interesting stories can call in students’ desire to learn English. Storytelling is a useful lead-in skill in middle school English classroom. As a good English teacher, We can tell an interesting story to lead in a new lesson. The children love to listen to stories. If you can tell funny and interesting stories, the students will have some positive attitudes towards English learning. On one hand, various interesting stories can be employed to create the unfamiliar knowledge and arouse interesting so that they can learn in enthusiastic classroom atmosphere. On the other hand, some stories can provide background knowledge and natural context for students to learn new lesson. In addition, the meaningful context of stories may inspire students to tell a new story to lead-in their class. This can help develop their imagination, then the imaginative experience will help them to improve their own speaking skill.
     However, we can also use song strategies. Children naturally love to sing. Songs and chants are often used to lead in a new lesson in English class. Sometimes we can lead a new lesson by asking students to listen to a lively song . Songs will help teachers get class to keep calm and relax from the beginning. Besides, the songs include many repetition. It help students grasp some language points effectively. As a middle school English teacher, if you may also ask your pupils to sing songs to introduce your new lesson, then they will further promote their strong desire for English leaning and develop their interest in the long run in classroom. So the song strategies can create a vivid atmosphere. It also widely used in the teaching of school English alphabet, pronunciation, vocabulary and so on. Famous songs, such as:
