摘要:随着现代互联网技术的发展,世界进入服务经济的时代,对于服务业的设计要求在增长。服务设计主张从顾客角度设置服务,以保证服务的可用性和易用性,同时利于企业的发展。而3D打印技术作为一种方便、高效、个性化的制造方式,需要通过服务设计来探索一种符合时代发展趋势的服务模式。为了构建一个完整、系统的3D打印云服务平台。本文从服务方面探索3D打印产业发展的机遇和发展的方向,研究了服务经济时代下互联网对3D打印服务的影响。基于服务设计方法通过设计调研、服务系统、服务蓝图的构建及接触点分析的方法构建完整的服务流程。研究3D打印产业的服务模式,为构建3D打印云服务平台提供了参考的依据。研究了3D打印服务中的服务流程和接触点,通过以用户为中心的角度去优化服务流程和交互界面。

Abstract:With the development of modern Internet technology, The world entered the age of service economy, the design requirements for the service industry is growing. Service design advocates from the customer point of view to set up services to ensure the availability of services and ease of use, as well as the development of the enterprise. The 3D printing technology as a convenient, efficient, personalized manufacturing methods, It need to explore a trend of development in line with the times the service model through the service design. In order to build a complete, systematic 3D printing cloud service platform. In this paper, I will explore the opportunities and development directions of the 3D printing industry from the aspects of service, and study the influence of the Internet on the 3D printing service during the service economy era. A complete service flow is built based on the design research, the construction of the service blueprint, and the method of touchpoint analysis. For the construction of 3D printing cloud service platform provides a basis for reference, I will research the 3D printing industry service model.
