摘 要目的: 优化双连消痤凝胶的基质配比,寻找最佳工艺;建立双连消痤凝胶的质量标准;以抑菌试验验证优选的双连消痤凝胶的抑菌效果,为临床试验提供依据。方法: 以凝胶剂的性状,pH值为考察指标,采用正交表L9(34)来优选凝胶中卡波姆,透明质酸,甘油,三乙醇胺的基质配比;以薄层色谱法来鉴别凝胶剂中大黄,拔契,桃仁和白蒺藜成分;以紫外分光光度计法来测定凝胶中薯蓣皂苷元含量;以连续稀释法来验证优选方凝胶对糠秕马拉色菌的抑菌效果。结果: 正交实验结果显示,基质比例为卡波姆1。0%,甘油10%,透明质酸0。1%,三乙醇胺0。8%制备的双连消痤凝胶外观质感最好;薄层色谱法结果显示样品在与对照药材色谱相应的位置上,显相同颜色的斑点;含量测定显示凝胶中薯蓣皂苷元含量为50。03ug/mL。结论:优选双连消痤凝胶的基质配比,确立其制备工艺,建立了质量标准,并验证了优选方有抑菌作用。89656
Abstract Objective: Optimize the quality of Shuang-lian eliminate acne gels, find the best technology; establish the quality standard of Shuang-lian eliminate acne gels; to verify the bacteriostatic effect of preferred Shuang-lian eliminate acne gels by bacteriostatic test , and to provide the basis for clinical trial。Method: The gel ratio of the carbomers, hyaluronic acid, glycerol and triethanolamine in the gel was optimized by using the orthogonal table L9(34)as the index of the gel and the pH value; the contents of diosgenin in the gel were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry。;the effect of the preferred gel on the bacteriostatic effect of Malassezia rosuga was verified by continuous dilution method。Results: Orthogonal experiments showed that the ratio of the substrate was 1。2% for carbomer,10% for glycerol,0。1% for hyaluronic acid and 0。8% for triethanolamine;the results of thin layer chromatography showed that the samples were stained with the same color at the position corresponding to the chromatogram of the control drug;the results showed that the content of diosgenin in the gel was 50。03ug / ml。Conclusion: The preparation of the preparation process was established, and the quality standard was established, and the antibacterial effect was optimized。
