摘要张力控制现在被广泛应用到生活中,随着科技的发展现代卷绕设备的要求越来 越高速,越来越精确,在这种情况下张力控制技术显得越来越重要。滤网纸张力控 制技术在滤网纸生产过程中十分重要,影响着工作结果。滤网纸张力控制的好坏直 接关系到滤网纸的生产质量。本次论文的目的就是对空压机滤网纸收放卷装置恒张 力控制技术的研究,设计滤网纸收放卷装置的数学模型,选择适合滤网纸在不同环 境工作的张力控制系统,设计出一套适用于工业生产和工作的空压机滤网纸的收放 卷张力控制系统。84424
滤网纸生产的核心问题就是在滤网纸生产过程中滤网纸张力需要保持恒定。不 合适的张力会影响滤网纸过滤效果和生产质量。假设滤网纸张力过大,滤网纸就会 紧绷变形更有甚者会断裂;但是滤网纸张力偏小,就会使滤网纸不能伸直,出现堆 积使机器出现故障。综上所述滤网纸生产过程中一定要保持滤网纸张力的恒定。
要保持张力恒定就需要通过电机动作来控制收放卷速度变化,收放卷机是空压 机滤网纸收放卷装置上的重要设备。收放卷机转速控制系统性能的好坏直接关系到 滤网纸卷能否符合生产要求,而且影响到滤网纸在后面的工作效果和工作质量。本 文通过控制收放卷机调节滤网纸张力,从而减小滤网纸张力变化,使生产的滤网纸 满足工业要求。
本文讲述了张力控制系统的发展史,还着重介绍了滤网纸控制技术的原理,以 及滤网纸张力控制系统对滤网纸的生产的必要性。然后分析了几种方式来实现滤网 纸的张力控制,结合空压机滤网纸的特殊牲,对滤网纸张力控制进行了模型分析, 并选择合适的控制方式,然后再选择适宜的张力检测元件及张力执行机构。把张力 检测单元检测到的张力值传送到 PLC 中,再通过 PLC 控制收放卷电机动作,从而保 持滤网纸张力恒定,保证滤网纸的质量和性能。
