concurrency。 Then describes several ways to achieve tension control system, combined with a special filter paper offerings herein, the control system of the demonstration program and to determine the appropriate control, and then select the appropriate tension and the tension detecting element actuator。 Tension detection unit transmits the tension value detected by the plc, and through plc control retractable roll motor operation, the filter paper so as to maintain a constant force to ensure that the air compressor to work properly。

第一章 绪论

1。1 课题研究目的及意义

由实际经验得知，滤网纸张力的不稳定和突变， 会导致滤网纸的强度损失 20%-30%。在滤网纸复合生产的过程中，控制系统张力的稳定性对收放卷的工作质 量有很大的提升。比如在滤网纸生产时，滤网纸的张力突然变得不恒定，产生突变， 有可能导致滤网纸因为张力过大而断裂，或者张力过小而产生滤网纸的堆积，严重 时甚至产生机毁人亡后果，十分危险。只有在滤网纸生产过程中张力保持恒定才能 保证过滤的空气适合机器工作需要。

滤网纸在生产过程中滤网纸的张力可能会因为外界的因素变化而产生变化，在 收放卷机上的滤网纸半径是不断变化的，放卷电机在放卷过程中，滤网纸在放卷电 机上的半径减小，导致滤网纸张力逐渐变小，就需要改变放卷电机上的参数来改变 滤网纸张力，使滤网纸张力保持恒定。在收卷电机上，滤网纸的半径是不断变大的， 因为在收卷过程中需要每隔一段时间换一次卷，在换卷的时候滤网纸张力可能会突 变，这就需要收卷电机进行调整。电机转速的变化和滤网纸在电机上半径的变化是 滤网纸张力变化的主要问题。
