摘    要  近年来随着科学技术的不断发展,人们逐步提高了对自动化的要求。各种监控控制系统在工农业得到了更加广泛的应用。自动化生产线大大提高了生产率,生产方式的多用性、灵活性也得到了提升。为适应多品种生产的需要,可调自动化生产线将成为日后的发展方向,满足生产商不断变化的生产要求。 组态软件的人机画面更加简洁易懂,用户可以根据自己的需求任意组合出画面,来模拟系统动作并实现实时监控的目的,在工业应用上解决了手动控制以及传统的工业控制不足和缺陷。 本次设计对象为粮食自动化包装生产线,采用可编程控制器技术对其进行控制系统的设计,采用组态软件设计整个自动化生产线的监控界面。自动化生产线将由供料、检测、加工、搬运、包装等五个过程组成。整个系统包括两条传送带,一条为检测运输,另一条负责包装传送。可编程控制器负责控制自动化生产线各个机构的动作,组态软件负责进行整个自动化包装系统的监控和远程操作。 本次设计的粮食自动化包装生产线可以节省人力资源,提高自动化生产线的水平,符合现代社会发展的需求。58582

Abstract In recent years, with the continuous development of science and technology, people have gradually increased the requirements of automation. Various monitoring and control systems have been widely used in industry and agriculture. Automated production line  has greatly improved the productivity, the production of multi use, flexibility has also been improved. In order to meet the needs of multi species production, the automatic production line will be the future development direction, to meet the changing production requirements of the manufacturer. Configuration software of the man-machine screen is more concise and easy to understand, the user can according to their own needs any combination of out of the picture, to simulate the action of the system and achieve the purpose of real-time monitoring, in the industrial application solves the manual control and the traditional industrial control deficiencies and shortcomings. The design object is the grain automatic packaging production line, the design of the control system is carried out by the programmable logic controller technology. The control interface of the whole automatic production line is designed by the configuration software. The automatic production line will consist of feeding, testing, processing,  handling, packaging and other five processes. The whole system consists of two belts, one for the detection of transport, the other is responsible for packaging and delivery. The programmable controller is responsible for controlling the movements of each mechanism of the automatic production line, and the configuration software is responsible for the monitoring and remote operation of the whole automatic packaging system. The design of the food automation packaging production line can save human resources, improve the level of automated production line, in line with the needs of modern social development.
