摘要车辆横向稳定杆是车辆独立悬架的重要组成部件,当汽车在转弯或者外界环境(包括路面的倾斜等)作用下发生车身倾斜时,稳定杆的作用就显得非常重要,它直接影响了车辆的安全性、平稳性和舒适性。车身倾斜时,横向稳定杆相应的发生变形被动地提供反侧倾力减少了车身的侧倾程度。然而,随着汽车技术的发展,由于自身的局限性目前的车辆横向稳定杆已经不能满足人们的要求了。63568

本文主要是通过对某型号军用车辆的被动杆规律研究,来得到主动稳定杆的控制规律。控制规律的好坏决定了整个控制系统的成败,而且对于同一系统,不同的控制规律也会导致该系统不同的工作状态。为了研究制定较为完善的控制规律,第一步要建立起准确、简单、完善的数学模型;第二步要分析自动稳定杆系统的工作状态,即该系统什么条件下工作且不同条件下怎么工作;第三步利用被动式横向稳定杆的工作参数,以此为基础计算并总结出自动稳定杆的控制规律。

在MTLAB/Simulink软件,通过Simulink仿真车辆行驶过程中由于主动横向稳定杆的作用使得侧倾角度变小,得出稳定杆的作用,同时验证制定的控制规律。

Title       Research on Control Law of Vehicle Automatic Stabilizer Bar System                              

Abstract

Vehicle stabilizer bar plays animportant role in independent suspension when the body sways takes place by turning a corner or external environment(including road tilt,etc.),which directly affects the safety,stability and comfort of the vehicle.The stabilizer bar provides apassive anti-roll force to reduced the level of body roll,which provided by its own passive deformation.However,with the development of automotive technology the current vehicle stabilizer bar can not meet people’S requirement because of its limitations.

This paper mainly got the laws for active stabilizer barthrough the passive lever rule research of a certain type of military vehicles.The quality of the control law is the key for Success or failure of the wholecontrol system,and different control laws can lead to different j obs in the system

for the same system.There are three steps to develop a more comprehensive control law.The first step is establishing a mathematical model of accuracy,simplicity and integrity.The second step is analyzing the working status of automatic stabilizer bar system,which means what condition it works in and how to work in different conditions.And the third step is calculating and summarizing the control law of the automatic stabilizer bar on the base of the working parameters of passive stabilizer bar.

Using the MTLAB/Simulink software,get the result of the action of active lateral stabilizer bar which can make smaller tilt Angle and the role of stabilizer bar through the Simulink simulation in the process of the vehicle,and validate the setted control law at the same time.
