摘要随着工业的高速发展,自动化在生产中得到了广泛的应用,其中自动分拣机是自动化过程中的重要一部分,它能够代替传统的人工分拣,减少大量的、繁重、艰苦的劳作,实现生产的机械化和自动化。自动化设备的出现加快了社会生产步伐,提高了生产效率。它适应各种各样的环境,包括在高温、腐蚀及有毒气体等有害环境下操作以保护人身安全,它经常被应用于机械制造、冶金、电子、轻工业和原子能等部门。

本课题利用三菱PLC和MCGS组态软件构建了自动分拣系统。其中以三菱PLC为控制核心,以MCGS为监控系统的自动控制及分拣系统。使用气动装置、传感器技术作为系统的感应和动作部分,使用PLC作为主控制器并利用组态监控技术实现对系统的控制与监控。本设计系统与传统的人工分拣相比具有很多优点:分拣的全过程基本实现自动化、系统的运行情况比较稳定,能长时间运行、分拣出的物品误差低、对分拣出的物品技术精准等。最后系统设计完成后对其调试,调试分为硬件部分和软件部分。硬件调试主要对传感器安装位置及角度进行调试、对气缸位置及推杆伸出后与物料滑块之间的距离调试、电机转动的速度调试等。软件调试主要是对梯形图的调试,把梯形图下载到PLC内,进行模拟调试。最后实现软硬件综合调试,实现PLC、MCGS组态共同控制系统的运行。

Design of Automatic Sorting Control System Based on PLC 

Abstract Along with the rapid development of modern industry, production process automation has been widely used。Automatic sorting machine can replace the traditional manual sorting and an it is an important part in the process of automation, it can reduce a lot of work to realizes the mechanization and automation of the production,for exanple heavy work and hard work ect 。 The emergence of automation equipment to speed up the pace of the social production and improve the production efficiency。 It adapt to various environments, including in the high temperature, corrosion and toxic gases harmful environment in order to protect the personal safety operation, it is often used in machinery manufacturing, metallurgy, electronics, light industry and atomic energy etc。

Using PLC and MCGS configuration software to build the automatic sorting system in this article。 With mitsubishi PLC as the control core to control sorting system, and with MCGS to monitoring system。Using pneumatic device and the sensor technology as the sensing and action part of the system, using PLC as The main controller configuration monitoring technology to control and monitoring system。 There has many advantages compared with traditional manual sorting in this article: sort of the whole process of basic automation, system operation is stable, runing for a long time, the low error sorting, to sort out the items technical precision, etc。 At the end of the system, we will test the system, commissioning is pided into hardware part and software part。 Hardware debugging include many aspects,there are several aspects of the main, such as in sensor installation position and Angle for debugging, and material after the cylinder position and putting out the distance between the slider and debugging, debugging motor rotation speed and so on。 Software debugging is mainly debugging of ladder diagram, the download in the PLC ladder diagram, simulation debugging。 Finally, We comprehensive debugging software and hardwareg, achieve common control system for the PLC, MCGS configuration operation。
