摘要随着公务员这一职位的重要性越来越被人认知,这一职位也越来越受人关注,公务员的选拔考试制度的重要性可想而知,公务员考试录用制度,是公务员制度的基本特征和标志,是我国公务员管理方面的重要制度,对我国公务员考试录用具有重要的规范指导意义,这一制度保证了考试的公平公正,择优录取的方式也提高了公务员队伍成员的综合素质,这一制度经历多年的实践证明了他是科学的、可行的。随着时代的发展,社会的进步,公务员群体所需要的人才种类也相应的发生着变化,这一制度也随着需求的改进而改进。然而金无足赤,考试制度与对应的社会需求不可能完美的匹配,还有许多值得改进和发展的地方。本文对我国公务员考试制度进行了总体的概述,从中分析出我国制度中存在的问题,通过对比我国古代与西方制度改革经验,提出对于我国公务员考试录用制度的对策设计和改革思路。87755

Title Research on Problems in the Reform of the Civil Servant Examination System and Countermeasures
Abstract As more and more people realize the importance of civil service, the post of civil service draws increasing attention。 It is imaginable that the screening test system of civil servant is fairly important。 The civil servant examination & employment system is the basic feature and symbol of the system of civil servant。 As an important system of civil servant management, it plays a significant role in guiding the examination and employment of civil servant in China, for it ensures the fairness and justice of examination。 Moreover, the method of admitting the best examinee enhances the comprehensive qualities of civil servant team members。 Years of practice have proved that this system is scientific and feasible。 With the development of era and the progress of society, the types of talents required by civil servant group change correspondingly and this system is greatly improved along with the variation of demand。 However, as a saying goes, gold can’t be pure。 It is impossible for an examination system to perfectly meet corresponding social demands, so great efforts should be made for improvement and development。 This paper gives an overall introduction to China’s civil servant examination system and then finds out problems in it。 Based on a comparison of ancient China’s experience in system reform and that in western countries, countermeasures and reform ideas are proposed for the civil servant examination & employment system in China。
