摘要:随着我国经济的快速发展,国民收入差距不断的扩大,城乡差距越来越明显, 出现了许多问题。在这些问题中,制造业一线员工的压力管理问题已经逐渐成为构 建社会主义和谐社会的主要障碍之一。在中国现阶段,由于员工的超负荷的工作压 力使员工带着负面情绪去工作,不仅影响到企业的管理和工作效率;它还会引起员 工的焦虑、倦怠和其他不良反应影响员工的身心健康。虽然在这个阶段的政府,制 造业的经理和员工们越来越意识到压力管理的重要性,但是对于一线生产企业员工 压力管理的研究理论还是相对较少,制造企业员工也在一直努力寻找有效的缓解方 法和各种心理压力的方法。通过调查和分析,发现我国制造业一线员工压力管理,依 靠政府、企业和个人的一个方面的工作去进行压力的管理,并没有形成系统的压力 管理理论,只有各个方面共同的协作才能解决我国制造业一线员工的压力管理问题。 

论文通过问卷调查分析和理论分析相结合的研究方法的基础上结合传统的压力 管理理论的研究,从老板电器股份有限公司一线员工的角度,分析了老板电器有限公 司一线员工的压力问题,并找出压力的来源和其相应的影响因素,探讨相应的合理的 解决方法,并提供相应的理论依据。

Research on the Pressure Management of Front-line Employees in Manufacturing Industry - Taking Robam Electric Appliance Co.,Ltd as an Example

Abstract:With the rapid development of China's economy, the national income gap has been widening, the gap between urban and rural areas has obvious, there have been many problems. In these problems, the pressure management problem of front-line  employees in the manufacturing industry has gradually become one of the main obstacles to the construction of a socialist harmonious society. At the present stage of China, due to the heavy workload of the staff, the staff are working with negative emotions. Affect the management and efficiency of the enterprise; it also causes the employee's anxiety, anxiety, burnout and other adverse reactions and negative emotions affect the physical and mental health of employees. While the government and manufacturing managers and employees at this stage are increasingly aware of the importance of stress management issues, there is relatively little theoretical research on stress management for front-line manufacturers, and manufacturing employees are struggling to find effective mitigation Methods and various psychological stress methods. Through the investigation and analysis, we found that the pressure management of the front-line staff of the manufacturing industry in China, relying on the government, enterprises and inpiduals to work on one side of the pressure management, and did not form a system of pressure management theory, only all aspects of common collaboration to solve China's manufacturing Industry front-line staff pressure management issues.

Based on the combination of the questionnaire management and the theoretical analysis, this paper analyzes the pressure problem of the staff of the boss electrical appliance company from the perspective of the staff of the boss electrical appliance company, The source of the pressure and its corresponding influencing factors, to explore the corresponding reasonable solution, and provide the appropriate theoretical basis.
