摘要:伴随着快速发展的全球经济和激烈的市场竞争,目前国内物流企业本身就处于起步阶段并没有严格准确的绩效评价体系,目前国内物流社会化程度低,物流管理体制混乱,机构多元化,各个部门都有各自的物流小部门,并且由于总体水平较低的物流组织以及设备陈旧,低效率,大损失率,过多的库存费也都制约了物流的发展。我国物流企业一方面国内消费者对物流企业的要求日益增多,另一方面要面对外来企业的竞争压力,都驱使我国物流企业更加的重视经营绩效评价。通过本论文的研究,能够让物流企业更重视绩效评价,并且为我国物流企业绩效评价提高和改进提供建议和措施。本文主要是结合卫岗物流企业的特点,逐步完善我国目前还存在问题的物流企业绩效评价指标体系,在进行调研和实习的基础上,真正到卫岗物流企业了解企业的实际运营状况,然后搜集相关资料建立的一套绩效评价指标,包括获利水平,卫岗物流业务,客户关系管理和消费者服务四大部分,客观地评价物流企业的经营绩效和运营效率,选择较为合理的将AHP和模糊综合评价算法,建立评估模型来评价卫岗物流企业绩效。最后,经过分析和研究本文指出提高我国物流企业经营绩效水平要分别从高
