摘要：动作经济原则有帮助发现问题和提供建立新方法的方向这两大作用[2]。对于企业来讲，能够使得生产线工人经济有效的动作，提高工作效率，增强企业的竞争力。动作经济原则本文针对纬创资通有限公司手机静音键生产车间的生产现状，通过观察、问询、测量等一系列手段，研究作业人员的操作动作，寻找作业人员的无效以及浪费动作。运用动作经济原则、“5W1H”提问手法、“ECRS四原则”等分析方法进行动作改善，寻找经济有效、省时省力的动作，同时布置和完善工作地。在动作改善的基础上运用作业测定中的秒表时间研究对生产线进行时间测量，分析其影响产能的因素，提出合理有效的作业方法和科学的工作时间，使得整个生产线更加平衡，时间得到充分的利用，从而达到提高生产效率，降低生产成本的目的。

Research on the Application of Motion Economic Principles in mobile phone mute key production workshop of Wistron

Abstract：Motion economic principles have two functions which help to identify problems and provide directions for establishing new approaches. For enterprises, can make the production line workers cost-effective action, improve work efficiency, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.In this paper, focused on the production status of the mobile phone mute key production workshop of Wistron, by a series of means such as observation, inquiry and measurement to study the motion of the operators and find the invalid and waste motion of the operator. The use of motion economic principles, "5W1H" questioning approach, "ECRS four principles" and other analytic methods to improve the motion, looking for cost-effective, time-saving and effortless motion, while layout and improve the workplace. Measure the time of production line by using Stopwatch time study in work measurement on the basis of the improvement of the motion. Analyzing the factors that influence the production capacity, put forward the reasonable and effective working method and scientific working time. The whole production line is more balanced and the time is used adequately, so as to achieve the purpose of improving production efficiency and reducing production costs.
