    1. Duty origin
    This design is aims at the Chinese friendship group to carry on the design.Its goal is carries on a chemical design attempt using the chemical engineering related knowledge, and for the Fructone B's industrialization production, process units' design provides the reference.As the simulation design, this article has abbreviated the chemical design partial contents, like craft pipeline design, explosion-proof electrical design, power design and factory whole arrangement and so on.
    3.    Design standard
    This design has referred to following national standards and the stipulation

    b.Commonly used dangerous chemistry classified standard (GB13690-1992)
    c.In pressure vessel chemical mediator model harm and explosion hazard degree classification(HGJ43-1991)
    d.Factory fire protection stipulation(GBJ16-1987)
    e.Sewage synthesis emissions stipulation(GBJ8978)
    f.Steeliness pressure vessel(GB150)
    g.Shell type heat interchanger standard(GB151)
    h.Craft system arrangement of equipment design stipulation(HG20570)
    i.Chemical installment piping arrangement design stipulation (HG/T20549)
    4.    Principle of design and main design target
        Principle : (1)Security :In the chemical production the massive materials are flammable, explosive or virose. Therefore, the design must consider each kind fully obvious and the latent danger, the guarantee production personnels' health and the security.
        (2)Ease of operation: While determines each production process and equipment's, but must determine the operating condition reasonably. Because of it to the production process and equipment's establishment and the function display and the control plan's determination, has the direct relation.
        (3)Investment province: Namely the request uses the equipment investment, the construction to invest, the public project investment and the manpower cost economically.
        (4)Advantageous for the installment: The plant layout should satisfy the construction and the installment work request. Specially should consider that large-scale equipment's hoisting, in the factory path's pavement structure and the load standard and so on should satisfy the work the request.
        Basis of calculation :
        The year produces 300 tons, the product purity is 99%.
    The year working day is 150 days, 30 days carry on the machine overhaul, 5 day of mobility.
