    Because of different conditions on the use of the products, the user to the product technical requirements are also different. For the product technical requirements basically has the following four aspects : 1) size precision is high. In production due to the error of the equipment, will cause the size of the final product delivery with need to slightly deviation. It not only affects performance, but also for the factory, the production of precision is higher, need to remove the amount is relatively small, in terms of saving metal influence is very big also. So should strive for high precision in the production, the negative tolerance or positive tolerance rolling according to product requirements, this design USES the minus tolerance rolling has metal saving. 2) plate strip plate type well. Flatness to smooth, calm sea shaped gourd ladle. Plate strip is strict for board type, but plate strip is wide and thin, is sensitive to inhomogeneous deformation, so make sure a good strip shape is not easy, and uneven deformation and often leads to uneven thickness, so the plate type quality and thickness accuracy has a direct relationship. 3) high surface quality. Processing and forming the surface of a product all can not have bubbles, defects such as cracks, inclusions, because these defects not only affect the appearance, also affect performance, easy to fracture and corrosion effect use. 4) performance is better. Including mechanical properties, process performance and some special physical and chemical properties, ensure that there is a better comprehensive performance and the follow-up welding performance requirements. This part of the country for its developed products standards, specifications, performance standards, testing standards and delivery standards. These standards as the basis of enterprise production source, can help the enterprise scientific management, scientific production.
    Under the existing production process and a variety of product of China Shanghai Copper Co., Ltd., we conducted development for melting process of product, the preparation of the rolling system, roller-type system development, ability of the motor to check, the roll strength check. In the design process, we will use computer software in Visual Basic programming language, on the rolling force and rolling moment calculation procedure for the preparation, and use of computer software, Auto CAD, drawing diagrams on the roll. Thus our design will meet the actual production of standard products and its production process.After then using computer software Auto CAD , we can map out our own plant design drawings of the design products.
