摘要随着经济全球化的不断发展,我国企业转向国际化经营的趋势越来越明显。企业跨国经营受到了众多因素的影响,其中影响其经营成败的一个重要因素就是跨文化管理。企业从只在我国经营转向跨国经营,他所面临的是一个与自身国家文化理念完全不同的环境。所在国的大文化背景以及员工不同的文化背景差异直接影响了企业的管理效果。企业为了提高管理效率必须采取措施避免跨文化冲突,克服跨文化的障碍。本文首先总结了跨文化管理中文化差异产生的原因,分析我国企业国际化经营过程中面临的文化差异问题。然后以华为在美国经营过程中遇到的跨文化问题为例,从中国和美国文化差异的角度分析影响华为在美国经营的文化因素。通过分析华为在美国经营的现状总结出华为在美国遇到的跨文化问题的具体表现形式。再通过霍夫斯泰德的文化维度模型分析华为美国经营跨文化问题产生的原因,提出解决华为在美国经营过程中遇到的跨文化管理问题的方法。最后总结出解决我国企业国际化经营中遇到的跨文化问题的方法。71031
