摘要：“一带一路”战略基础设施建设和投融资项目会直接对上海相关产业产生影响。旅游业可以作为先导产业，通过构建合理的低碳评价指标体系，促进旅游结构性增长，丰富旅游目的地信息和完善旅游发展空间格局等措施保证旅游业持续快速的发展，助力于上海“四个中心”建设。本文以节事活动的内涵和特点为基础，分析节事旅游活动所带来的发展意义和经济效益，结合了“一带一路”战略的内涵，分析了上海参与 “一带一路”战略的含义，和上海的“一带一路”的战略定位，最后，实现“一带一路”的战略对上海节事活动发展的影响，提出上海节事活动对接“一带一路”战略的对策与建议。推进旅游结构性增长，丰富旅游目的地信息，完善旅游空间格局。72742
