摘要世界各国学者就技术创新转让扩散的价格讨价还价进行了大量的研究，取得了许多的骄人成绩。但是，现有研究还存在着局限性，缺乏技术创新转让扩散过程中转让价格的确定以及转让双方的讨价还价谈判研究分析，无法满足现有的技术创新转让扩散的交易活动。因此，开展技术创新转让扩散的价格讨价还价研究是技术创新转让扩散的发展趋势也是现实要求。本文在完全信息、理性经济人等假设的条件下，联系实际的技术转让的交易过程，主要研究了技术创新转让扩散的的价格讨价还价模型，综合分析了技术创新产品的价格构成以及价格决定因素，提出了新的价格确定方法。着重分析研究了技术创新转让扩散的价格讨价还价模型的搭建以及模型重点参数的确定以及调整。最后，根据江苏M印刷机械厂技术引进项目价格谈判案例，对该模型进行了应用研究和实证检验。81911

Abstract Scholars from all over the world have made a lot of research on the price bargaining of technology innovation transfer diffusion, and have made many achievements。 But there are still limitations in current research, the lack of transfer of technology innovation diffusion in the process of transfer price determined and transfer of both bargaining research and analysis, can not meet the transfer of the existing technology innovation diffusion of trading activities。 Therefore, to carry out the transfer of technological innovation and the spread of the price bargaining is the development trend of technology innovation transfer diffusion is also a practical requirement。 The under the condition of complete information and rational economic man hypothesis, contact the actual technology transfer transactions, mainly studies the transfer of technological innovation diffusion of the bargaining model of the price, comprehensive analysis of the price structure and price of products of technological innovation decision factors, put forward the methods for determining the new price。 This paper focuses on the analysis of the price bargaining model of technology innovation transfer diffusion and the determination and adjustment of the key parameters of the model。 Finally, according to the case of Jiangsu M printing machinery factory technology import project price negotiations, the model was applied research and empirical test。
