摘要:现有船舶设计,为了增加舱容,往往考虑的是增大型宽,导致成本大增,并不经济。同时受航道等因素限制,困难重重,所以如果能对独立式液舱化学品船的舷侧结构进行优化,以扩大独立液舱容积,提高舱容利用率,将具有很大的意义。文中根据已有的母型船舷侧骨材尺寸进行剖面模数相等变换及分析,得出各种备选骨架型式的尺寸。同时对各种骨架型式进行仿真计算及优化,最终得出满足规范要求的各种骨架型式的合理尺寸,从而设计出合理的舷侧支撑结构。本文以研究HS14p/s船舶舷侧的生产设计以及3DsMAX软件在船舶生产设计建造领域的运用,总结HS14p/s船舶舷侧生产设计的流程以及3DsMAX软件在HS14p/s船舶舷侧生产设计流程中所具有的优势。根据现有船厂的生产水平以及技术条件,以87000t散货船的HS14p/s舷侧结构进行生产设计,并对3DsMAX在本次船舶舷侧生产设计中起到的作用,并对本次生产设计中的不足之处加以叙述和提出改进措施。
