摘要:在汽车工业发展了一百多年的历史中,汽车始终在推动人类社会文明的道路上扮演着相当重要的角色,它的设计不仅更具有人性化和个性化,性能也更加满足社会发展的需求。尽管汽车车身主要由金属材料制造,但在汽车“以塑代钢”的发展趋势之下,塑料配件在汽车总体中所占的比重越来越大,其中便包括了汽车底盘。塑料的汽车底盘因为它质量轻、耐腐蚀、易于加工并容易大规模投入生产而成为汽车上不可替代的重要部件,但是,注射成型作为塑料汽车底盘的主要加工方法,这种尺寸较大的塑件在实际生产过程中很容易出现翘曲变形、气穴等缺陷。

据此,我们将使用Moldflow软件对该塑料底盘的注射成型过程进行模拟,分析其缺陷产生的原因,根据生产缺陷改变模具的参数,优化模具结构,通过在计算机上进行试模、修模试验,以得到最佳的浇口数量与浇口位置,以及合理的流道系统与冷却系统,从而达到提高模具质量,减少修模次数的目的。

Abstract:In the development of automobile industry has a history of more than 100 years, the car is always in promoting the civilization of human society on the road plays a very important role, it not only design more humane and personalized, the performance is  more to satisfy the needs of the society. Although the car body is mainly made of metal materials, but in the car "plastic substituting steel" trend of development, plastic parts in the overall proportion of the car, which includes the automobile chassis. The automobile chassis plastics because of its light weight, corrosion resistance, easy processing and easy to put into mass production and become an important component, the car can not be replaced but, as the main processing method of plastic injection molding of automobile chassis, the  size of larger plastic parts in the actual production process is prone to defects such as warpage, cavitation.

Accordingly, we will use the Moldflow software to simulate the injection molding process of the plastic chassis, analyzed the cause of the defects, according  to  the parameters of production defect change mold, mold structure optimization, in order to get the gate number and location of the best, reasonable runner system and cooling system, to test the die and mold repair on the computer. In order to improve the mold quality, reduce the number of mold repair.
