生产设计作为船舶制造中连接详细设计与生产制造的重要环节,好的生产设计能够减少工作的重复性,提高产品质量,缩短生产周期,降低制造成本,提高产品效益。

编码作为生产设计中的重要一环,其表意的准确性、完整性以及易于识别性是生产设计建立系统管理数据库的重要依据。

船舶制造是一项作业面广、工作量大、多工种、长时间的复杂工程,而生产设计就是为了良性的调节各方面的资源,提高生产效益的手段。船舶作为水上交通工具,其安全性一直是关注的重点,而就提高船舶产品安全性最重要的制造环节就是精度控制和焊接技术。焊接技术的选择对于提高施工效率减少焊接变形都有着重要作用。

分段制造的应用对船舶制造业来说是一次巨大的进步,分段制造将整船分成便于制造的小分段,提高了制造的效率,缩短了制造的时间,提高了产品的质量,从而提高了船厂的生产效益。

Abstract Bulk cargo ship, as the mainstay of ship industry, its importance is self-evident. This paper introduces the history, current situation and development trend of the bulk cargo ship, and take the hull’s production design of 80500DWT fluid and bulk cabin broadsides typical piecewise E31P for instance to explain the function of production design to shipbuilding.

Production design is a important procedure to link the detail design and manufacturing in shipbuilding. Good production design can reduce the repeatability, improve the quality of products, shorten production cycle, reduce manufacturing cost, improve the efficiency of the product. Coding as a important procedure in production design ,it’s accurate meaning integrity and easy recognition is the key basis of building systematic management database of production design.

Ship manufacturing complex project with wide range of work, heavy workload, multi types of work and long time. And the goal of production design is to adjust kind of resources and increase the efficiency of production. As water vehicle, the safety of the ship has been the focus of attention, and the most important manufacturing procedure to increases ship safety is the precision control and welding technology. The selection of welding technology plays an important role in improving the construction efficiency and reducing the welding deformation.

The use of segmented manufacturing is a huge improvement in shipbuilding. Segmented manufacturing pide an entire ship into small segments which are easy to manufacture. It improve the efficiency of manufacturing, shorten the manufacturing time, improve the quality of the product and thereby improving the production efficiency of shipyard.
