此次课题内容为柴油机气缸盖导管孔、进排气座圈孔加工组合机床设计,设计内容包括拟定组合机床方案:分析零件工艺、确定加工工艺、选用工序安排及切削用量;选择组合机床配置形式;组合机床总体设计:绘制与计算“三图一卡”,得出机床方案图纸;设计组合机床多轴箱。此次设计能满足设计要求,机床加工精度与效率较高。9503
