摘 要：在实践中财务比率作为财务分析基本方法，能够真实的反映出企业管理现状及其 中存在的问题，为企业管理提供科学依据。本文将立足于相关理论，以常熟波司登公司作 为研究对象，运用财务比率对公司的短期偿债能力、长期偿债能力、营运能力以及盈利能 力进行分析，从中发现波司登公司在资金、采购及资金管理等方面存在的问题，并在此基 础上探讨公司管理中财务比率分析的运用对策。旨在为我国企业管理中现存的问题，提出 改善企业管理的相关策略，不断提高企业自身的管理水平。85569
