摘要：内部控制在我国的经济发展中具有越来越重要的作用，它可以将企业的各种要素和 资源进行整合、组织、协调，从而保证企业的生产经营活动，保证会计信息的质量、保护 资产的安全完整、提高企业的经济效益，有效的抵御各种风险，推动企业持续健康的发展。 但是，现阶段，我国企业内部控制实施的情况不尽如人意，存在着各种各样的问题，无论 是大型企业还是小型企业，都普遍存在着内部控制理念滞后，制度建设和风险评估体系不 完善等一系列问题，本文以徐工集团为例研究内部控制存在的问题并相应提出改善建议。91323

Abstract ： The enterprise internal control is becoming more important in our country ,it can make the enterprise of various elements and resources integrate ,organize and coordinate,so as to ensure the production and business activities of enterprises to ensure the quality of accounting information ,protect the security of the Assets to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises。effectively resist all kinds of risks ,and promote the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises。However,at this stage ,the implementation of enterprise internal control in china is not satisfactory,there are a variety of problems ,both large and small businesses,there is the ideal of internal control system construction lag ,and the risk assessment system is not perfect and so on a series of questions ,the Xugong Group for example to internal control the problems and puts forward the corresponding improvement suggestions。
