摘要:探究土壤不同pH对活血丹生长、生理代谢及有效活性成分含量的影响,以期完善活血丹规范化种植技术,保障药材品质。以野生活血丹扦插苗为试验材料,采用土培法,通过外源添加硫酸及氢氧化钠调节土壤pH,测定活血丹生长、生理、化学成分相关参数。发现随着土壤pH的增加,活血丹的生物量、叶绿素、总黄酮、齐墩果酸、熊果酸的含量及抗氧化酶的活性均先增加后下降,在土壤pH为6.5时出现最大值;可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、纤文素、折干率则先下降后增加,在土壤pH为6.5时出现最低值;对其有效活性成分和药用部位生物量积累有明显影响作用。综合考虑土壤pH对活血丹生长、生理指标及有效活性成分的影响作用,建议人工栽培活血丹中,土壤pH控制在6.5左右。26567

Effects of Soil pH on Growth and Quality of Glechoma longituba
Abstract:To investigate the effects of different soil pH on the growing situation, physiological metabolism and the content of active active ingredients in G. longituba, in order to improve the standardized blood production technology and protect the quality of Chinese medicine. In this experiment, the G. longituba was cultured in soil which was collected from the Purple Mountain. The soil pH was regulated by the addition of sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide, and the parameters related to the growth, physiological and chemical composition of G. longituba were determined by using the wild plants which were picked from the Purple Mountain after the unified nursery treatmentand then choosing the same growing plants as experiment material. It was found that the biomass, chlorophyll, total flavonoids, oleanolic acid, ursolic acid and antioxidant enzyme activities increased first and then decreased with the increase of soil pH. The maximum value occurs when the soil pH is 6.5.And the soluble sugar, soluble protein, cellulose, folding rate were decreased first and then decreased. The lowest value at soil pH of 6.5. And its effective active ingredients and medicinal parts of the accumulation of biomass has a very significant impact. Considering the effect of soil pH on the growth, physiological indexes and effective active components of G. longituba, it is initially suggested that the soil pH should be controlled at about 6.5 in the artificial cultivation of blood in G. longituba.
