摘要:棉花作为世界上最重要的纤文作物,还是世界第二大油料作物和蛋白质来源,是世界上重要的经济作物。因此它的栽培和生产对世界政治和经济起着深远的影响。它的生长发育受到自然界诸多环境的影响,如干旱、盐碱、高温等因素。所以了解棉花参与抗逆的调节方式,利用基因工程的方法来选育新的优良品种,来达到棉花高产及优产的目的,将会成为未来棉花育种的主攻方向。本研究利用电子克隆的方法克隆出陆地棉MMS21基因,并利用生物信息学方法进行了分析,预期该基因在棉花生命活动过程中扮演者重要角色。40450 毕业论文关键词:MMS21;陆地棉;生物信息学
In-silico-cloning and Bioinformatics Analysis of GhMMS21
Abstract:Cotton is one of the world's most important fiber crops. It is the world's second valuable resource of oil and protein after soybean, and the world's most important economic crop. The cultivation and production plays a far-reaching impact of politics and economy. Its growth and development is influenced by many environment of nature, such as drought, salinity, high temperature and other factors. The understanding of cotton are involved in the anti reverse regulation. Using the genetic engineering methods to cultivate improved varieties are the main goals for future cotton breeding. In this study, the cloning in silico of Gossypium hirsutum MMS21 and its bioinformatics analysis was done. And it is expected that the gene is likely to play an important role in biological processes.
