摘要:本实验采用固态的土豆培养基即PDA来观察不同浓度梯度的纳他霉素溶液对黄曲霉的形态学影响。研究了菌的生长促进和抑制的浓度,通过观察和测定黄曲霉孢子的萌发情况、菌落大小和色泽、菌丝生长变化情况[1]及F1孢子的形态特征等对实验数据进行统计分析,进一步了解了纳他霉素对黄曲霉的各个时期形态的影响和变化。结果表明:天然防腐剂纳他霉素即使浓度很小,但对黄曲霉却具有很强的抑制作用,其作用随着浓度的增加而增加而增强。40451 毕业论文关键词:土豆培养基;纳他霉素;黄曲霉;形态学
Natural preservatives he toxin effect on morphology of aspergillus flavus
This experiment adopts solid-state potato culture medium the PDA to observe different concentration gradient of his influence on the morphology of aspergillus flavus toxin solution.
