摘要从牛蒡组织中分离纯化得到内生细菌,并对菌株进行解磷、固氮、产吲哚乙酸、产ACC脱氨酶及铁载体等潜在促生特征的检测,并对部分菌株进行了16S rRNA基因序列分析。共分离获得72株内生细菌,筛选发现81%的菌株具有固氮的能力,60%的菌株具有产铁载体的能力, 16%的菌株具有解磷能力, 68%的菌株具有ACC脱氨酶的活性, 18%的菌株能产生IAA, 48%的菌株具有蛋白水解酶活性, 38%的菌株具有纤维素水解酶活性, 8%的菌株具有几丁质水解酶活性, 52%的菌株具有淀粉水解酶活性, 23%的菌株具有木聚糖水解酶活性。对代表性的菌株进行16S rRNA序列分析显示这些菌株属于链霉菌属(Streptomyces)、芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)、金黄杆菌属(Chryseobacterium)、葡萄球菌属(Staphylococcus)、柯恩氏菌属(Cohnella)属和植物杆菌属(Plantibacter)。牛蒡植物中内生细菌多样性丰富, 从中筛选出的具有促生潜力的菌株, 对牛蒡的生长发育具有进一步研究的价值。43639

Diversity and Plant Growth Promoting Potential Evaluation of Endophytic Bacteria associated with Amtium lappa L.
Abstract
We isolated and screened endophytic bacteria with plant growth promoting (PGP) potential from Amtium lappa L. Strains were isolated from inner tissues of Amtium lappa L. and screened for their PGP characteristics of phosphate solubilization, nitrogen fixation, indoleacetic acid (IAA) and 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid (ACC) deaminase production. Representative strains were identified by 16S rRNA gene sequencing. In total, 72 endophytic bacteria strains were obtained. The results showed that 81% strains had nitrogen fixation ability, 60% strains produced siderophore, 16% strains had phosphate solubilization ability, 68% strains produced ACC deaminase and 18% strains produced IAA, while the percentages of active strains of producing protease, cellulose, chitinase, amylase and xylanase ranged from 16% to 81%. The results of 16S rRNA sequencing of the representative strains showed that they belonged to the genera Streptomyces, Bacillus, Chryseobacterium, Staphylococcus, Cohnella and Plantibacter. The plant Amtium lappa L. colledted from Xuzhou contains abundant endophytic bacteria, and the strains with PGP characteristics had further research value in the future.
