摘要:天然产物(植物,动物,以及微生物等生物体内的次生代谢产物)是在生物体的生存中起着非常重要的作用。中药植物也是天然产物中最为重要的一部分,并且中药植物也是现代药物发展的重要源泉。了解分析植物药化学成分可以知道其中的化学成分哪些可以利用哪些是会产生毒副作用,现代的药物研究已逐步转向分离鉴定其中的活性成分,可以从中发现药物或先导结构。本论文选择药用植物菟丝子作为研究对象,综合运用各种分离技术并借助HR-MS,1H NMR,13C NMR等手段对它们的化学成分进行了系统研究,从分离了鉴定了6个化合物,它们分别为:

Studies on the chemical constituents of Cuscuta
Abstract: Natural products, secondary metabolism of plant, animal and microorganism, were important to survive of organism. Plant medica are not only the most important part of natural products, but also the rich source for modern drugs. In view of the unprdictable side effects resulted from the complex components of the plant extracts, medicinal chemists tends to obtain the pure natural principles for the exploration of new drug.
