摘要: 本研究中选用活性酵母MF013,以蓖麻油酸为发酵底物,用生物转化法合成天然香料γ-癸内酯。通过向培养基中添加多孔淀粉,使底物与多孔淀粉形成包埋物,增大底物的溶解度以及与酵母的接触机会,提高酵母的生产效率,从而降低γ-癸内酯的生产成本,满足人们对天然香料日益增大的需求。为了提高多孔淀粉对底物的包埋率,加入不同的有机溶剂作为介质,然而实验结果表明有机溶剂的加入不利于转化实验;通过正交实验优化生物转化过程中多孔淀粉与底物的包埋温度、包埋时间以及pH的影响因素,通过气相色谱法检测产物γ-癸内酯的浓度,再利用极差分析法分析优水平,各个因素的影响主次顺序,得到最优组合为温度50℃,包埋时间为30分钟,pH为6。49710

Porous starch coated with ricinoleic acid and application of gamma Decalactone in yeast MF013
Abstract: In this study, the yeast MF013 was utilized as the microorganism to synthesize natural spices gamma lactone using the castor oil acid as the substrate by biotransformation method. After adding porous starch to the meidum, the substrate and porous starch formation of entrapment. The solubility of the substrate increases and opportunities for contact with the yeast, improve the production efficiency of the yeast, thereby reducing gamma Decalactone production cost, meet the demand of people for natural spices is increasing. In order to improve the porous starch to the substrate, the embedding rate, adding different organic solvent as medium. However, the results show that organic solvent added is not conducive to the transformation experiments. Through orthogonal experiment optimizing bio transformation in the process of porous starch with the substrate and the embedding temperature and embedding time and pH of the influencing factors, by gas phase chromatography detection product gamma - GUI lactone concentrations, again by using range analysis method to analyze the optimal level, various factors of primary and secondary order and get optimal combination for the temperature of 50 DEG C and embedding time is 30 minutes, pH is 6.
