摘要本文以问卷调查法为主要方法，结合文献资料法、访谈法、数据统计法等研究方法对杭州市青少年发展中心游泳馆的经营现状进行调查分析，通过对发展中心游泳馆经营状况、发展趋势、管理体系和经营对策进行深入调查研究，根据调查研究的结果分析，对杭州市青少年发展中心游泳馆的经营结构进一步深入的理解。并探讨在青少年发展中心游泳馆经营管理模式中存在的问题，从而进一步促进杭州市青少年发展中心游泳馆能够有序、完善的发展。 89443
