摘    要以下沙经济开发区一些羽毛球爱好者为调查对象，采用调查问卷法，了解他们在运动中发生损伤的情况，结合羽毛球运动的特点以及生物力学原理，对多发的运动损伤进行分析并给出预防损伤的措施。调查结果显示，羽毛球运动常见的运动损伤主要有各种关节损伤，如：膝关节损伤、肩关节损伤、腰部损伤、踝关节损伤、手腕损伤、肘关节损伤等。损伤的原因有技术动作的不规范、运动中运动量过大、运动前准备活动不充分、身体不适、注意力不集中等。本文针对这些多发损伤的部位提出预防常见损伤的措施，希望通过本文能为一些羽毛球爱好者提供预防运动损伤的建议，并且提高广大爱好者的思想意识，主动地学会保护自己。90455

Abstract In Xiasha Economic Development Zone some badminton enthusiasts as the research object, using the questionnaire method, understand their injury situation in the movement, combined with the characteristics of badminton and biomechanical principle, carries on the analysis to the sports injury prone and gives measures to prevent injury。 The results show that there are many kinds of joint injuries, such as knee joint injury, shoulder joint injury, waist injury, ankle joint injury, wrist injury, elbow injury and so on。 The cause of the injury is not the standard of the technical movement, the excessive amount of exercise, the inadequate preparation before the exercise, physical discomfort, lack of concentration, etc。。 In view of these multiple sites of injury preventive measures of common injury, I hope this paper can provide some suggestions for the prevention of sports injury and improve the amateur badminton enthusiasts, ideology, take the initiative to learn how to protect themselves。源Q于W优H尔J论K文M网WwW.youeRw.com 原文+QQ75201.,8766
