摘    要 本文通过文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法等研究方法，对杭州市采荷三小羽毛球项目资源的现状展开调查研究，主要从经费管理、场地设施、师资力量、重视程度等开展调查。在调查中发现资金投入不够、场地器材与设施尚未完善、师资力量较弱、校级领导重视程度不足问题。提出完善教学配置、丰富课堂教学内容、加强师资队伍建设、积极参加竞技、增进校际交流的对策。为杭州市采荷三小羽毛球项目资源发展提供切实可行的建议和有力的理论支持。85212

This article takes Hangzhou Caihe No。3 primary school as an example, through the way of literature study, logical analysis, questionnaires method, investigate the status quo of fund management, faculty, field and facility in Hangzhou Caihe No。3 primary school。 In the survey we found the problems that insufficient capital investment, lack of facilities and facilities, weak teachers, inadequate attention to the leadership of the school。 This paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the teaching arrangement, enrich the content of classroom teaching, strengthen the construction of teaching staff, actively participate in the competition, and enhance the inter school communication。 To explore the problems in Physical Education in primary schools, and puts forward the Countermeasures of sustainable development and reasonable。
