摘    要 由于不断发展的社团为初中生的品格塑造提供了“可教性”，加之初中生的品格具有一定的“需教性”，因此探讨如何在社团活动中对初中生进行品格塑造就显得至关重要。本文将以湖州十二中为例，总结得出在社团活动中提升初中生品格所面临的四个问题：品格塑造的时效性低下、品格塑造的实践性不足、学生品格塑造的积极性缺乏以及教师品格塑造的能力欠缺。于是本文从社团的类型、模式、内容等方面入手，寻找影响初中生品格塑造的因素，总结出应该从以下三方面入手：提高学校对社团活动的支持力度、加强教师的自身素质以及提升学生参与社团活动的积极性，以不断加强社团活动对初中生品格塑造的作用。90227
