On the Design of Teaching Tasks in Primary School English Classes
Abstract With the wide use of English in the world, English learning is becoming increasingly important. Most of the students learn English in the classroom. Task-based Language Teaching (TBLT) is a new teaching model that has a wide range of applications in recent years. In the teaching process of TBLT, students complete the related task with target language in the different contexts .It focuses on the satisfaction of students’ basic psychology, especially the sense of belonging and the influence, it has strong emotionality. It expounds that only by the completion of the task, students’ basic psychology can be satisfied, can they feel that the learning is meaningful and be willing to learn.
As a core of TBLT, teaching tasks become a trendy word in English education. This paper mainly focuses on the design of teaching tasks in primary school English classes. In this paper, the author expounds the definition of the task, and the task-based language teaching (TBLT), and discusses in detail about the phases, features and strength of the TBLT. The author also expounds the principles of designing teaching tasks, and according to the current problems of the application in the primary school, the author puts forward her own teaching designs and makes a brief analysis. The last part of the paper concludes with the advantages of designing better teaching tasks, and comes up with suggestions on designing teaching tasks.

任务作为任务型教学的核心,在英语教育界成为了一个热词。此篇论文主要聚焦于小学英语课堂教学任务的设计。在此篇论文中作者阐述了任务和任务型教学的定义,以及任务型教学的阶段、特征和优势。同时,也探讨了设计教学任务的原则。结合当前任务型教学在小学英语课堂的应用过程中出现的问题,作者提出了自己的设计方案并做了简要的分析。在论文的最后,作者概述了设计优秀的教学任务的优点并针对设计教学任务给出了自己的建议。
