1。2 Research purpose and significance

In the past, China has always followed the old teaching models, paying more attention to textbook knowledge and looking down on thinking training。 In  the process of teaching English, even more is reflected。 In recent years, English   teaching

has had a great reform in the system, with cramming teaching issue being eased。 But due to the fact that the scholars in our country only put emphasis on students who are above elementary stage, and most primary school teachers still do not have a systematic critical thinking training。

Therefore, this article is based on English teaching in the primary school  and deals with the issue on how to cultivate critical thinking habits in oral  English teaching and learning。
