本课题选择的数据库为oracle 11g数据库。开发的主要工具是PLSQL Developer,采用的系统是Windows 7。
在系统开发过程中,结合面向对象的思想和CRM的管理理念,实现了公司营销管理,客户信息管理,服务管理,统计报表,日常管理,库存管理以及管理员对系统维护等功能。CRM系统有着良好的应用前景,随着计算机技术和网络技术的飞速发展,它的作用将会越来越大。本系统可以根据实际应用的具体情况,适当加以修改,以便更好应用。
