摘要:为了深入探究大学生自尊、社会支持与自我效能感的关系,本研究将淮阴师范学院的大学生作为研究对象,选取自尊量表、社会支持量表、自我效能感量表作为研究工具,通过研究表明:
⑴大学生自尊在性别、年级、是否独生、生源地方面不存在显著性差异,而在是否担任干部、家庭经济收入方面存在显著差异;大学生社会支持在年级、生源地方面不存在显著差异,在性别、是否担任干部、家庭经济收入方面存在显著差异;大学生自我效能感在性别、年级、家庭经济收入方面差异不显著,但在是否担任干部方面存在显著差异。74777
⑵自我效能感与自尊、社会支持各维度呈显著正相关,自尊与社会支持呈显著正相关。
⑶自尊较社会支持对自我效能感的影响更重要。

Abstract: In order to delve into college students’ self-esteem, social support and self-efficacy, the research adopts huaiyin normal university college students as the object, with “Self-Esteem Scale”, “Social Support Scale”, “Self-Efficacy Scale” as research tools。 This research shows the followings:
(1) The college students’self-esteem is significantly different in whether as a cadre and family economic income, but there is no significantly difference among gender, grade, only-child or not and home places。 The college studengts’social support is significantly different in gender, whether as a cadre and family economic income, but there is no significantly difference among grade and home places。 The college studengts’ self-efficacy is significantly different in whether as a cadre, but there is no significantly difference among gender, grade and family economic income。
(2) Seif-efficacy is significantly positive correlated with self-esteem and social support。 There is also a significant positive correlation between self-esteem and social support。
(3) Self-esteem is more important to self-efficacy than social support。
