摘要:随着改革开放三十余年来的发展,我国房地产业得到了蓬勃的发展,建筑行业更是在建筑总量和技术能力方面得到极大的发展与提高,但在面对越来越复杂的建筑设计与越来越庞大的建筑体量和越来越多样的参与单位,现有的管理机制与技术手段已经无法满足市场的需要,建筑行业急需一种新的方式来应对21世纪带来的挑战,所以BIM技术应运而生。本次毕业设计就以上海广育小学总体翻建项目教学楼部分为对象来分析BIM技术在工程造价中的应用,课题主要内容是运用BIM技术完成对上海广育小学项目教学楼部分的三维建模、碰撞检查、4D施工进度模拟、造价处理以及5D虚拟进度施工等任务。由于同时参加2017年BIM综合应用大赛,所以主要通过团队合作方式建立土建、钢筋和安装模型,本人重点完成了BIM技术在本项目造价方面的应用。通过利用鲁班算量软件导出的数据与造价软件的造价数据处理实现量价结合,在鲁班造价中利用框图出价的功能生成阶段性造价软件,便于建设单位进度款的支付与数据统计。通过鲁班软件建立的三维模型,可将项目各阶段的信息结合在一起,在工程项目实际施工前对工程项目进行造价管理,有效地实现工程造价的全过程管理,减少实际成本超出预算的情况。79928

Abstract: With reform more than 30 years to of development, China real estate industry get has boom of development, building industry more is in building total and technology capacity aspects get great of development and improve, but in face increasingly complex of architectural design and increasingly huge of building body volume and increasingly perse of participation units, existing of management mechanism and technology means has cannot meet market of need, building industry needed a new of way to should 21st century brings of challenge, so BIM technology came into being。 The graduation design in Shanghai Guang Yu primary school building part of overall renovation project for BIM object analysis technology and its application in the construction cost, main issue is the use of BIM technology of Shanghai Guang Yu primary school building part of the project of three-dimensional modeling, collision check, 4D construction progress simulation, cost of treatment and progress of the 5D virtual construction and other tasks。 Because at the same time participating in the 2017 integrated BIM application contest, so the main building construction, steel and installed through team work model, I focus on the complete BIM technology in the application of the project cost。 Lu ban is through the use of software export data and cost volume combined with cost data processing software, using block diagrams in the ban cost the bid cost software features to build a stage, to facilitate the payment of construction progress with data and statistics。 Built by Lu Ban software model can be combined with the information of the various phases of the project, in the actual construction of the project cost management of project, effective realization of engineering cost management, reduce the actual costs exceed the budget situation。
