摘要目前我国包装印刷行业发展良好,具有庞大的市场规模。近几年来,我国印刷行业总产值从2004年4500多亿元,到2011年突破万亿大关,产值超过了日本,一跃成为仅次于美国的世界第二印刷大国。2015年国内印刷行业工业总产值已达到16800亿元,印刷行业社会需求量大,技术含量越来越高,已经成长为对社会经济发展具有重要影响力的支撑性行业。因此,行业内的竞争日剧激烈,想要在高强度的竞争环境中存活下来,成本这一要素就是最关键的战略重点。86565

上海紫江彩印包装有限公司(下面简称紫江彩印)作为紫江集团下的分公司,是该行业内最具竞争力的生产基地。作为国内大型企业,成本控制成为了紫江公司的一项重要工作。由于国家宏观策略的改变、公司进一步降低采购成本的意向、竞争日益激烈的市场因素等,让企业目前的分散化采购管理模式难以适应现在发展的需要,公司必须转变现有的模式,才能找到出路。

一体化的采购管理模式是能解决紫江彩印现存在困难的解决方法。本文通过分析紫江公司采购业务发展过程中遇到的问题,试图寻找改进其现有采购策略的方法,通过采购供应模型对物资进行分类,并实施采购一体化策略等方面为公司采购业务进行系统性分析,帮助公司找到最适合自身的解决方案。

Study on purchasing management strategy  of Zijiang color printing

Abstract At present,China's packaging and printing industry is developing well and has a huge market size。In recent years,China's printing industry output value from about 450000000000 yuan in 2004,to 2011 exceeded one trillion mark,more than Japan,become the world's second largest printing country only after the United States。domestic printing industry total output value has reached 1。68 trillion yuan in 2015,large amount of social demand of the printing industry,more and more high technology content,has an important influence on the social and economic development。Therefore,the competition drama in the industry is intense,company want to survive in the competitive environment of the high strength,the cost control is the key element。

Shanghai Zijiang Color Printing Packing Co。,Ltd。(hereinafter referred to as the Zijiang color printing) as Zijiang group branch,is the most competitive production base in the industry。As a large domestic enterprises,cost control has become an important job in Zijiang company。Due to the national macroeconomic policy changes,the company further want to reduce the purchase cost,the increasingly fierce competition of market。At present, the decentralized procurement enterprise management mode is difficult to adapt to the needs of the currently development,companies must change the existing model,in order to find a way out。

The integration of procurement management mode is the way to solve the existing difficulty in Zijiang color printing。Through analysis of problems encountered in Zijiang procurement business development process,trying to find a method to improve the existing procurement strategy,classify the materials via a procurement and supply model,and implement integration of procurement strategy for procurement operations of the company to carry out a systematic analysis,help the company to find the most suitable solutions for their own。
