摘 要:近年来,中国的房地产业的发展越来越迅速,为了在激烈的竞争市场中占有一席之地,各房地产开发商不断把营销策划置于企业经营和运作中最重要的部分,各种营销理念和营销手法层出不穷。房地产开发经营行业本身具有高投入、高回报、高风险的三高特点,房地产开发商想要在市场中追求长久平稳地发展,就必须进行科学的改进,不能只盲目追求暴利收入。在这样的市场环境下,本设计所涉及的长江御园项目不断改进了市场营销的策略与方法,在前期,先对长江御园二期的进行分析与调查,撰写了这份方案,其中包括房地产发展状况、房地产市场环境、项目介绍、竞争项目分析、营销策划方案等为了能使自己的房地产企业能有一席之地,获取利润使企业在房地产行业中有进一步的发展。91598
