摘  要：绩效评估因其促进政府高效运转，日益受到政府部门重视。而要想搞好我国地方政府公共服务绩效评估机制，首先要做的是研究并正视我国地方政府公共服务绩效评估机制的现状和问题。研究发现，我国存在的一大问题就是并未完全确立一套完整的地方政府公共服务绩效评估的标准体系，有标准，才有方向和目的，因此，我们要在公共服务绩效评估机制主要标准的基础上建立健全地方政府公共服务的绩效评估标准体系。最后，本文结合以上国内外基础公共服务发展与标准建立健全的历史遗存经验来提出几点关于如何设计地方政府公共服务绩效评估体系时的建议。94259

Research on performance evaluation mechanism of local government public service

Abstract: In order to improve the performance evaluation mechanism of local government's public service, the first thing to do is to study and correct the current situation and problems of the performance evaluation mechanism of local government's public service。 We should establish and improve the performance evaluation standards of local government public services。 The standard system of the performance evaluation mechanism of public service mainly includes the value standard, function oriented standard, fair standard, benefit standard and public satisfaction standard。 In order to strengthen the construction of public service performance evaluation system of local government, we must adhere to the following standards: value standard, fair standard, benefit standard, function oriented standard and public satisfaction standard。 Finally, it puts forward some suggestions on how to design the performance evaluation system of local government public service。
