摘 要:随着制造业产品的同质化,制造业企业的竞争逐渐演变为制造业创新绩效的竞争。创新是制造业企业建立、维持与提高竞争优势的重要途径。企业为了提高创新绩效,需要加强与顾客之间的互动,提高顾客参与的积极性。顾客参与不仅可以让制造业企业及时了解顾客的需求爱好,而且可以让顾客更好的了解新产品,提高新产品开发的绩效。团队是企业组织创新活动的基础和核心,企业通过组织团队学习可以增强团队的成效,提高企业创新绩效。为了探索顾客参与对制造业企业的创新绩效的影响,本文通过问卷,收集了121份中国国内制造业企业数据,利用因子分析和结构方程模型,检验顾客参与对企业创新绩效的影响,发现顾客参与可以区分为顾客的信息分享参与和人际互动参与,企业的创新绩效可以区分为创新的市场绩效和收益绩效,顾客的信息分享和人际互动直接正向影响到企业创新绩效的两个维度,同时,也间接通过团队学习对创新绩效产生作用。针对上述结论,对制造业企业提出建议,望有助于提高制造业企业的创新绩效。92454

Abstract: With the homogenization of Manufacturing industry, the competition of manufacturing enterprises has gradually evolved into the competition of innovation performance。 Innovation is an important way for manufacturing enterprises to establish, maintain and improve competitive advantage。 In order to improve innovation performance, enterprises need to strengthen interaction with customers and improve customer’s enthusiasm。 Customer participation allows companies to understand customers’ needs to improve the performance of innovation。 Team is the foundation and center of organizational innovation activities to enhance team effectiveness and improve business innovation。 In order to explore the role of customers participate in the innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises, through the questionnaire, this article collected the data from 121 domestic manufacturing enterprises in China, using factor analysis and structural equation model, check the effect of customer participate on the performance of enterprise innovation, the results show that customer participation can be pided into customer information sharing and interpersonal interaction, enterprise's innovation performance can be pided into innovation market performance and earnings performance, customer information sharing and interpersonal interaction is directly affect the enterprise innovation performance of two dimensions, at the same time, also indirectly through team learning have effect on innovation performance。 In the end, suggestion are be given to the manufacturing enterprises for improve the manufacturing industry's innovative performance。
