摘要：在新课程教育改革的背景下，教师的角色与技能也在潜移默化中变化与发展，掌握着原有的基本教学技能已经不能完全适应现在的课堂教学，以及师范生技能实践较弱、训练欠规范、不扎实等现象给师范生走向教师工作岗位带来巨大的挑战。中小学课程改革和素质教育正积极热烈地探索与开展，而作为培养未来教师的师范院校，也应该积极满足中小学需求，顺应课程改革的趋势，培养全面发展的新型教师。在教育改革越走越前、越走越宽阔的道路上，教师也应当巩固并不断发展自己的技能，满足自身教学的需求。基于调查分析，现状有以下几点:重理论、技能课占比少、高师院校对教师的培养脱离中小学实际。并相应地提出合理建议:强调知识的多样化、明确小学教师技能培养的项目与要求、高师院校与中小学校合作提高师范生技能。92592
