摘要:在当今素质教育的时代背景下,要求“以人为本”面向全体学生的教育,这其中优等生有着扎实的基础,有着家长和学校双方面的重视,能充分发挥自身的潜能、提升自身的素质,而后进生由于种种原因,自身潜能得不到充分的挖掘和显现,所以他们成为素质教育应重点关注的对象,如何对待和转化后进生必然成为学校和教育者需要研究的重要课题。作为教育者,应着力去了解和正确对待后进生,全面、透彻分析后进生形成的原因,并积极寻找方法转化后进生,进而使其得到全面发展。73416
