摘要夹具作为机械制造业的一种重要工艺装备,它的设计与制造会直接影响到产品的研发周期和质量。缩短夹具设计周期,是计算机辅助夹具设计研究的重要领域,也是提高企业快速反应能力的一个重要环节。目前,针对众多空间走向多样化的管件焊接,一般都采用专用焊接夹具,虽然其能保证定位精度,但同时也将导致诸如夹具制作周期长、资金重复投入,夹具使用后的存放占用空间大,使用范围小,功能单一化和工装管理难度增加等问题。而且目前管件焊接的定位和夹紧主要是依靠操作人员的经验,这大大降低了管件焊接的精度。因此亟需设计一套可以夹持焊接管件并精确定位多管件及管件与法兰之间的相对位置,同时还适宜不同尺寸、多样化的空间走势的管件焊接柔性夹具,并可以通过对夹具的虚拟运动仿真来检验管件装夹方案是否合理,从而对夹具实际操作人员起指导作用。43840

针对上述现实问题,本文在已有管件焊接夹具设计工作的基础上进一步完善了其结构设计,扩展了管件焊接夹具装夹方案智能CAD系统的功能,开发了在ADAMS软件基础上的管件焊接夹具智能仿真模块,本文的主要研究工作包括以下几个方面:

(1) 调研收集分析有关资料,整理有关焊接管件图纸及焊接工艺资料;

(2) 在分析现有一套“通用平台”+“专用支架”的解决方案基础上,针对不同类型管件,利用成组工装的模块化设计思想,提出夹具实现方案,完成夹具结构设计;

(3) 利用Visual Basic语言对Solid Edge软件进行二次开发,提取管件和装配体的特征信息,实现焊接管件的优化布置并生成夹具的装夹方案;

(4) 运用AutoCad软件完成了焊接夹具的总装配图;

(5) 结合C语言和cmd语言对ADAMS软件进行二次开发实现了焊接夹具的虚拟仿真。

 Abstract

As an important process equipment in mechanical manufacturing, fixtures directly effect the quality and design cycle of products. Shorten fixture design cycle is a very important research field in the computer-aided fixture design, as well as an important link in enhancing enterprise rapid reaction capability. In present enterprise, special welding fixtures are used generally to locate welding tube with a variety space tendency.Although it ensures the location accuracy , it also brings a series of problems such as a long fixture production cycle,repeat investment funds,a large storage space,limited usage,simplification function,more difficult fixture management and so on.Another defect is that the positioning and clamping of welding tube depend mostly on the operator’s experience,which greatly reduces the accuracy.Therefore a tube welding flexible fixture which can grip tube,precise positioning of multi-tubes and the relative position between tube and flange, and through virtual simulation technology testing if it is reasonable to guide the actual operator of the fixture is badly in need.

Aiming at those problems, in this paper, based on the abundant experience of designing welding fixture,expanded the functionality of tube welding fixture rapid design theory and system development methods based on CAD software and developed the intelligent simulation module of ADAMS. The main job of the thesis includes in the following aspects:
