摘要了解顾客需求,倾听顾客声音是当今企业以顾客为中心,提高质量竞争力的重要途径之一。随着ISO9000质量管理体系标准和优尔西格玛管理在国际上的推行,质量功能展开(Quality Function Deployment)作为一种顾客先去设计方法论和质量管理技术广泛应用于诸多领域。本论文研究了QFD的基本概念、原理,同时研究了质量管理的发展过程,并且通过某电动工具的应用实例着重分析了质量屋四个阶段的生成过程,并且对质量管理体系进行了初步的设计。7763

Title Research and application of power tools product quality system based on QFD
Abstract
Understanding the requirements of customers is one of the most important ways for enterprises which focus on customers to improve the quality. With the carrying out of ISO9000 and 6σ,QFD,as a customers-driven method and an effective technique of quality management, had widely applied in many fields. This paper analyzed the basic concept of QFD principles and the development of quality management. And analyzed the generation process of four stages of the House of Quality by a power tool application example, and make a preliminary design of quality management system.
