摘要:随着工业的发展,重金属污染问题日益严重。近年来,通过生物作用产生的硫化氢,沉淀重金属成为处理重金属污染的一大趋势,生物处理也具有物理、化学方法不具有的可再生利用和成本低廉等优点,在重金属去除上具有广阔的前景和发展空间。本研究从污水处理厂污泥中驯化培养并分离出一株嗜酸性硫还原菌,命名为NAU-16,经鉴定为硫还原菌属(Desulfurella),对其进行了生理生化实验,并进一步研究pH、温度、不同电子供体以及不同硫源对其硫还原能力的影响。26637 毕业论文关键词:硫还原;硫还原菌;生理生化
Isolation, identification of acidophilc sulfur reducing bacteria and its reduction characteristics
Abstract: With the development of industry, heavy metal pollution is becoming more and more serious. In recent years, the biological produced H 2 S has been used to precipitate heavy metals in the treatment of heavy metal pollution, Biological treatment has many advantages that physical and chemical methods do not have, such as renewable and low cost, and it has broad prospects and development space. This study isolated a strain of acidophilic sulfur reducing bacteria from the sludge in the sewage treatment plant domestication, named NAU-16, identified as sulfur reducing bacteria(Desulfurella), the physiological and biochemical experiments were conducted. And further study the effects of pH, temperature, different electron donor and different sulfur sources on the sulfur reduction ability.
