摘要鹅掌楸属植物为木兰科大型落叶乔木,全世界现存两种,即北美鹅掌楸(Liriodendron tulipifera Linn.)和鹅掌楸(L.chinense( Hemsl.)Sarg.)。目前从该属植物中已经分离出多种单体,多集中在生物碱、倍半萜内酯及香豆素,在抗菌、抗疟原虫、抗肿瘤等方面具有较好的生物活性。
实验以杂种鹅掌楸(Liriodendron chinense×tulipifera)树皮为药材,综合运用正相硅胶柱、Sephadex LH-20、C18反相等色谱及波谱分析技术(MS, DPET和NMR),对杂交鹅掌楸中的化学成分进行了分离纯化与结构鉴定,分离得到化合物1个,并鉴定其为5,6,7-三甲氧基香豆素。
目前仍有所分离的部分化合物的结构鉴定工作在进行中。5553

Title Studies on the bioactive constituents of Liriodendron genus plants
Abstract
Liriodendron genus (Magnoliaceae family) are large deciduous trees, there are existing two species, namely L. chinense(Hemsl.) Sarg. and L. tulipifera Linn. Some natural compounds were isolated from this genus, such as alkaloid, and coumarin, and most of them showed certain biological activities in antibacterial, antiplasmodial,and antitumor till now.
Herein, The constituents from the bark of the Liriodendron chinese × tulipifera were isolated and purified by repeated silica gel column, Sephadex LH-20, C18-chromatography and spectroscopy techniques (MS, DPET and NMR), a compound was elucidated as 5,6,7-trimethoxycoumarin.
The structural elucidation of some other complex compounds are carrying out on the way now.
